Terms of Use

By using the website wellar.hr and the services of the Wellar centre you accept these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Services and bookings

Services, prices and durations published on the site are informative and may change; the price valid at the time of booking applies. Bookings are made via the Zoyya system, by phone or in person. A booking is confirmed once you receive an e-mail or SMS confirmation.

2. Cancellation and no-show

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. For later cancellations and no-shows Wellar reserves the right to charge 50% of the booked treatment price. Arriving late may shorten the treatment without reducing the price.

3. Health notes

Our treatments are not medical services and do not replace a medical examination. Inform your therapist of pregnancy, chronic conditions, injuries, allergies or medication. Wellar may decline a treatment if it judges it could harm your health.

4. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not replaceable if lost. A voucher may be used over several visits until the amount is spent.

5. Loyalty club

The Loyalty programme rules (collection and validity of points, tiers, perks) are published on the Loyalty page and form part of these Terms. Wellar may change the programme rules with prior notice to members.

6. Morning promotion

The 10% discount applies to treatments starting between 9:00 and 13:00. Discounts do not stack; the one more favourable to the client applies.

7. Conduct at the centre

Please respect the calm of other guests, silence mobile devices and follow staff instructions. Wellar reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs and in case of inappropriate behaviour.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, photographs, logo, design) is the property of Wellar or its partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Liability

Wellar is not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client before a treatment, nor from failure to follow staff instructions. Please use lockers for personal items; Wellar is not liable for valuables left elsewhere.

10. Disputes

Complaints may be submitted in writing to info@wellar.hr or to the centre's address, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act; we reply within 15 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Osijek (TODO: confirm competent court).
