Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. This policy explains which cookies wellar.hr uses, why, and how you can manage them, in line with the Croatian Electronic Communications Act (NN 76/22) and the GDPR.

1. Types of cookies we use

Necessary cookies (always active)

Enable basic site functions and cannot be disabled. They do not collect data for marketing purposes.

• wellar_consent – remembers your cookie choice (duration: 12 months).
• wellar_session – administrator session, staff only (duration: 7 days).

Analytics cookies (with consent)

Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.

• _ga, _ga_* – distinguishes visitors and sessions (duration: up to 2 years). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

Marketing cookies (with consent)

We currently use no marketing cookies. If we introduce any (e.g. Meta Pixel), they will be listed here and loaded only with your consent.

2. Third-party cookies

The embedded Google map on the Contact page and the Zoyya booking system may set their own cookies under their own rules.

3. Managing cookies

A consent bar appears on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings – the bar will then appear again.

4. Consent

Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only after you click "Accept all" or enable them in settings. Necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site.
